ATTENTION:
We are aware that some users are having issues with document access. Our teams are working to resolve this issue. The URL links to documents in Service emails have been restored. To view these links, an additional step has been added, prompting users to enter their email address. More information is available here.
NOTE: As of December 15, Tyler Tech will collect a $5.00 fee to use electronic filing. This fee will not be added to criminal cases or service only envelopes. Certain users and case types are exempt but must use a waiver account. Click here for more information.

Attention Filers: Are you receiving notifications? If not, your email address could have been added to the email suppression list, an anti-spam measure which blocks notifications from being sent out. If you feel your email has been added incorrectly, please contact Tyler Tech support and they will be able to remove your email address from the suppression list. We have become aware that Service Undeliverable email
notifications are not currently working. This feature provides a notification
back to the submitter of service that their service did not send successfully.
We are in the process of addressing this gap and expect we will have this
corrected in the next software release by the end of March. We will schedule
the upgrade with the State of Idaho to apply this fix and send out email
notification with the timing of the future update. You can check the status of
your attempt to serve documents from your Filer Dashboard by following the
below instructions. If you are serving documents through the system, it is
recommended to use this existing process until this feature is corrected so you
are aware of any failed services.
Steps:
1. From the orange Actions button, select Filing History
2. Click on large magnifying glass to search for your envelope.
NOTE: This tool
allows you to select whether you would like to search for envelopes just one user
submitted (My Filings) or all envelopes within your firm account (My Firm).
3. Enter case number or envelope number and click Search
4. Once you have your search results, click on the black Actions to the right
of your envelope.
5. Click on View Envelope Details
6. Click on View Receipt near the bottom of the page
7. Scroll down to eService Details for each filing and look at Status
8. A status of 'Error' indicates an undeliverable service
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
It is now easier to add multiple filings in your envelope. The 'Add Another Filing' button is more conveniently located at the bottom right of the filing section rather than at the top. After saving the initial filing it is no longer necessary to save in between each additional filing. Just click 'Save Changes' again when you are done loading all of your documents.

Resubmit within 3 business days from the date you
received notice of rejection.

Attention iCourt Mac
Filers:
Apple recently added an additional feature to the Safari web browser on
Macintosh computers that may impact your ability to eFile. With the intent of
making Safari more secure, this update will block plug-ins such as Adobe PDF
reader, Flash, or Java. This may result in submitted envelopes failing to
submit. There are presently two workarounds available:
1. eFile through another
web browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
2. Follow the instructions
on the following article, to configure Safari to run plug-ins as they worked
previously. Article: click here
