IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Attention: If you are trying to file with the Violations
Bureau, you will need to do so at https://maine.tylerhost.net/SRL/.
This site is not currently available for use with eFiling in Maine courts.
The electronic filing system DOES NOT automatically serve opposing
parties when you eFile a document with the court. You must take specific steps
to ensure you are properly serving opposing parties. For details click here.
You are not charged for rejected or returned filings, however you will
see an authorization hold on your bank account. Based on your financial
institution's rules, it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days for the hold
to fall off.
Not all fees will populate with the filing code. You may need to click
Add New Optional Service, within the filings section to check for additional
fees.
