On November 4, 2025, the eFile and eServe (eFS) system will be upgraded to a new version featuring a modernized design, improved performance, and a more intuitive user experience.

After November 21, filers will need to use the upgraded eFS version. This will give filers time to finish draft filings in the current version and recreate templates to the upgraded version.

Notice: Pursuant to Minn. Gen. R. Prac. 14.03(g), all users need to follow the Minnesota Registered User Electronic Filing Guide.

Restricted identifiers must be redacted from eFiled documents, including financial source documents. Use form 11.1 and 11.2 to file documents with restricted identifiers.
