Tribal Courts File & Serve

*NEW* Filer Portal Available Now
eFileOK has now launched our new version of the filing portal! The new filing portal is designed to be accessible to screen reader users. Click
HERE to try it!

Effective Monday, September 30, the new hours of operation for the efiling Technical Support department will be Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (CDT).

The electronic filing system DOES NOT automatically serve opposing parties when you eFile a document with the court. You must take specific steps to ensure you are properly serving opposing parties. For details click here.

You are not charged for rejected or returned filings, however you will see an authorization hold on your bank account. Based on your financial institution's rules, it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days for the hold to fall off.

Not all fees will populate with the filing code. You may need to click "Add Optional Services and Fees" within the filings section to check for additional fees.

Make sure your documents are created using the following rules to prevent document submission errors.

Getting Started (Read First):

Step 1:

Review the appropriate guidelines for the court you are filing into.

Step 2:

Sign up and attend a Webinar Session and/or watch Tutorial Videos. (See Self Help corner below)

Step 3:

Designate a person to administer the eFiling system for your firm. The Administrator will register the firm and be responsible for setting up and maintaining all users, credit card accounts, and attorneys at the firm.

Step 4:

Whitelist efilingmail@tylerhost.net to ensure there are no issues with receiving e-mail notifications

Step 5:

Register on the eFile and Serve Portal.

The Firm Administrator will invite all other members of the firm to register during the account setup process.

When registering as an attorney with a solo practice, "Register for a Firm Account" should be selected as the option during the registration process.

If you are not an attorney, nor a member of a firm, "Register for a Self-Representative Account" should be selected as the option during the registration process.
