The Rhode Island Judiciary is now accepting electronic filings.

Getting Started (Read First):

Step 1: Review the appropriate guidelines for the court you are filing into.

Step 2: Sign up and attend a Webinar Session and/or watch Tutorial Videos.

Step 3: Designate a person to administer the eFiling system for your firm. The Administrator will register the firm and be responsible for setting up and maintaining all users, credit card accounts, and attorneys at the firm.

Step 4: Whitelist efilingmail@tylerhost.net to receive e-mail notifications (click here for more information about whitelisting)

Step 5: Register on the eFile and Serve Portal.
