Just a reminder, all documents filed through the File and Serve system should be in a black and white format. Colored documents will be rejected. To retain the significance of a colored document or photo, please file that document as a paper document with the clerk of court. Per N.D.R.Ct. Rule 3.5(a)(3), Colored or shaded documents may be filed as paper documents if necessary to ensure legibility.
