NOTICE: Pursuant to an order of the New Hampshire Supreme Court, as of September 3, 2025 all electronic court transactions conducted with a credit or debit card using the File & Serve platform will be subject to a 3% payment service fee. This fee is assessed by Tyler, the firm handling and processing electronic transactions in File & Serve for the New Hampshire Judicial Branch. order to receive notifications for the case. Filings without a service
contact will be rejected and will need to be re-filed.
