New Hampshire File & Serve Site

NOTICE: Pursuant to an order of the New Hampshire Supreme Court, as of September 3, 2025 all electronic court transactions conducted with a credit or debit card using the File & Serve platform will be subject to a 3% payment service fee. This fee is assessed by Tyler, the firm handling and processing electronic transactions in File & Serve for the New Hampshire Judicial Branch. * IMPORTANT: When it is your first time filing into a case, you MUST add your service contact (email address) to the case in order to receive notifications for the case.  Filings without a service contact will be rejected and will need to be re-filed.
