New
Hampshire File & Serve Site
IMPORTANT: There will be an increase to numerous Superior and Circuit Courts filing fees, effective July 1, 2025. Please limit your filings between the hours of 4:00 PM on Monday, 6/30 through 8:00 AM on Tuesday, 7/1 to allow the system to update as needed. This will allow for a smooth transition to occur. Please refer to the appropriate Court Rules for more information on the fee that will be assessed. If you have questions about the fees and how they impact you, and it's after 4:00 on 6/30, please hold your filing and call 1 (855) 212-1234 after 8:00 AM on 7/1. We thank you for your consideration.
NOTICE: We are experiencing intermittent outages across File & Serve. We are working to get this corrected as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you experience a performance problem (like error loading data or application spinning), we encourage you to wait a few minutes and re-try. Please check back here for updates. Thank you.
