When a document being loaded in the document viewer is larger than the configured size, the user will be presented with a dialog box notifying them that the document may take a while to load.
NOTE: The maximum document size can be configured by location.
The user can select to wait while the document continues loading, or they may bypass the loading of the document in the viewer.
The user may continue reviewing the filing while the document loads.
A message explaining that the document can be downloaded locally displays in the viewer if the user bypasses the loading of the document.
The first document in a filing must be viewed or downloaded locally in order for the filing to be accepted.
Transmitted documents downloaded from the Envelope Details page contain auto stamps even when the user bypasses the loading of the document in the viewer.

Issue: The reviewer intermittently receives an error reading: “Filing Information: Cannot proceed until the error is fixed.” There wasn‘t a filing error and the user wasn't on the Filing Detail panel which would originate the error. The user would have to end review to clear the error.
Fix: Ensure that the required fields are truly invalid, not just in the process of loading, before sending the “cannot proceed” toast.
The Court Admin Users tab now has a checkbox to filter to only Active users. The checkbox is checked by default, but can be unchecked to display inactive users as well.
A future feature determines the activity date based on either the Docket Date or the Submit Date. A null reference has been fixed that previously occurred when the envelope data was not yet completely populated before the activity date was determined.

A new preference has been added in User Profile Notifications to allow the user to enable the display of the blue toast that confirms that no annotations or stamps were applied to the document. For more information, see REV-2230 in the 2023.6.2.1099 release notes below.
The preference is off by default, so users who need to see the blue toast will need to check the checkbox for “Send notification when annotation isn’t saved.“ and then click the Save button.

Transmitted or Court Copy links aren't available for Receipted filings ESS-9472
Issue: When a filing is Receipted, the Transmitted or Court Copy of the document should be available on Envelope Details but they are not.
Fix: Transmitted or Court Copy links now display for documents on Receipted filings.

Charges that have been added and edited now display in the Audit Log.
Ability to Sort Queue Columns REV-816
Review Queue can now be sorted by Envelope, Case Number, Filed Date and Deferred Until date columns.
Each sort is applied individually, though Envelope and Case Number can be combined.
Click the arrow to the right of the colummn name and select Ascending or Descending.
The sort order applies immediately - the Apply button does not have to be used.
The selected column and order are displayed above the queue in front of selected filters.
Ability to Filter by Organization REV-1834
A new Organization filter has been added to Review Queue.
The filter opens with an empty search field.
Type part of the name of the organization to filter list and select the organization. If similar names populate the list, continue typing to narrow down the filter.
When the checkbox is checked, the name sorts to the top of the filter list.
Add to the list by typing a new name. The filter will apply when you click the Apply button.
Ability to Clear Filters at top of Queue REV-816
A group of filters can now be deleted by clicking the x next to the name of the filter group. This allows the reviewer to remove one set of criteria without having to deselect them individually or completely reset the search. Click the Apply button to apply the new set of filters.
Add Apply button to the filter display area of Review Queue REV-2157
An additional Apply button now displays at the top of the Review Queue when column sorting or filter options have changed.

Issue: The wrong firm name is showing in Envelope Details when the filer adds a new service contact to an envelope.
Fix: Display the firm as entered in the Firm Name field when a new service contact is added to the envelope.
Envelope Details: Transmitted copy is being provided if envelope errors and is then rejected - CA ESS-3306
Issue: Envelope Details should not show the transmitted copy link for errored envelopes.
Fix: The Transmitted copy link no longer is available in Envelope Details for filings that are not sent to the CMS.
Envelope Lookup: Judge updated in database but still shows wrong in Envelope Lookup - TX Production ESS-8614
Issue: Envelope Lookup is not reflecting the correct Judge name when it has been updated.
Fix: Updated Envelope Lookup to show the Judge name as populated in the database.
Documents are not being flattened - NC Production ESS-9175
Issue: Fillable PDFs remain editable regardless of the configuration to flatten them so they are not editable.
Fix: Honor the configuration to flatten PDFs.

Issue: When a filing has more than one document, the lead document’s Transmitted document links to the Transmitted Copy of other documents.
Fix: Transmitted Unredacted documents are now correctly linked for all documents in the filing.
Offense time without a date displays as invalid date in the charges list REV-2141
Issue: The Charges panel list shows “invalid date” instead of the time when no date is populated for the offense.
Fix: The offense time now properly displays whether a date is present or not.
Edit user roles location issues when using Composable Security Model (CSM) - TX Stage REV-2090
Issue: Deselecting all locations and adding locations back does not work. Also, the large location tree has a long delay.
Fix: Corrected selection issues and added spinner to indicate that a process is working.
