Copied envelopes are behaving as if copy docket date has a grace period in effect, but the location shows no grace period configured.

Exception thrown when StreamingSize attribute is not set REV-2615
When the new StreamingSize attribute did not exist before opening a document that would stream, Review gets an exception. This issue was fixed so that there is no requirement for the StreamingSize attribute to exist before attempting to use streaming.

Added optional fees not being removed when filing code is changed ESS-13475
Issue: When a reviewer changes the filing code to one with no additional optional fees, the original optional fees continued to display in the Addl Fees tab.
Fix: When the filing code is changed, the Addl Fees dialog will update to reflect those configured for the new filing code.
Cancelled Filings should never be available to be reviewed ESS-9987
Issue: Filings that had been cancelled still displayed during review of the envelope.
Fix: Review no longer shows cancelled filings during envelope review.
Cancelled filings still display in the Review Queue if the envelope containing them has other filings that are not completed.
Sort by descending sorts first page by ascending ESS-9912
Issue: When Sort by Descending order is selected in the Review Queue, the first page lists envelopes in descending order, but other pages correctly list them in descending order.
Fix: Correct sort order of the first page so that the entire queue is sorted by descending order.
New Functionality
Allow Reviewer to View and Filter Queue by Bulk ID REV-2579
The Review Queue now has a Bulk # column to display the Bulk number associated to envelopes in the queue.
NOTE: The Bulk # will work only for clients on EFM 2024.0 or later, who are submitting envelopes using Bulk Filing in the Tyler Technologies EFSP.
To view the Bulk # column in the Review Queue, check the checkbox in the Visible Columns menu.
By default, the Bulk # column does not display.
The Bulk # column can be sorted in ascending or descending order.
NOTE: Bulk envelopes may exist in multiple queues. The reviewer will see bulk envelopes only in queues where they have rights to view envelopes.
When the Bulk # column is visible in the Review Queue, the Bulk # filter will display, to allow the user to filter to envelopes included in a specific Bulk.

Using X to close location picker in User Roles clears selection REV-2048
Issue: When the court admin views locations after using the X (close) icon in the location picker for assigning roles, all checkboxes are unchecked.
Fix: The X icon is no longer visible on the role location dialog. The user must select either the Continue or Cancel button.
Filing code change isn't reflected in panel until Save REV-2588
Issue: When the reviewer changes the filing code, the new filing code isn't updated in the blue panel header until the panel is saved.
Fix: Update the filing code in the blue panel header as soon as the reviewer selects a different filing code.

BusinessName or LastName must have a value ESS-13475
Issue: When a reviewer changes the case category / case type to one with different required parties, Review was not validating that the party information has been populated.
The reviewer was allowed to select Accept with this incomplete data, and the envelope later errored.
Fix: When the required party information is not complete, Review will now error before the user can complete the Accept action.
Validate that the required Case Number is entered before clicking Accept on an envelope ESS-12862
Issue: Case number is a required field, but user was able to accept without adding a case number.
The reviewer was allowed to select Accept with this incomplete data, and the envelope later errored.
In some situations, the Case Number field was not populated when it was required.
Fix: Review will enforce the requirement for the Case Number to be populated in either the Case Information panel or the dialog box when Accept is selected.
This rule is not enforced if the reviewer selects Reject for the filing while the Case Information panel is selected.
New Functionality
Provide notification to user for large documents REV-2542
When a document being loaded in the document viewer is larger than the configured size, the user will be presented with a dialog box notifying them that the document may take a while to load.
NOTE: The maximum document size can be configured by location.
The user can select to wait while the document continues loading, or they may bypass the loading of the document in the viewer.
The user may continue reviewing the filing while the document loads.
A message explaining that the document can be downloaded locally displays in the viewer if the user bypasses the loading of the document.
The first document in a filing must be viewed or downloaded locally in order for the filing to be accepted.
Transmitted documents downloaded from the Envelope Details page contain auto stamps even when the user bypasses the loading of the document in the viewer.
Show document size in document dropdown REV-2543
The size of the document in KB will display to the right of the filename in the document dropdown. The number is rounded to the nearest KB.
Show document size next to each document download link in Envelope Details REV-1519
The precise size of the document in KB will display to the right of the Original, Transmitted and other links in the Envelope Details page.
Show document size on Filings Details panel during review of the envelope REV-1796
The precise size of the document in KB will display immediately under the filename in the Documents section of the Filings Details panel when the filing is being reviewed.

Review displays Network Error instead of loading some documents in Viewer 2 ESS-13714
Issue: When the reviewer opens certain envelopes in a Viewer-2-enabled location, the Document Viewer displays “Network Error” instead of the document.
This issue occurs on documents submitted by filers contain annotations and rotated pages.
Fix: Update the EFM API so that Viewer 2 correctly handles the display of annotated and rotated documents submitted by filers.

Party Responsible for Fees dropdown is not populated when deleting PRFF party from Party Details REV-2523
Issue: When the reviewer clicks Delete in the Party Details panel of a party selected as the current Party Responsible for Fees (PRFF), the dropdown in the dialog to select a new PRFF is not populated.
Fix: Whenever a PRFF is deleted, populate the Party Responsible for Fees dropdown with new and existing parties on the case.
This is now the same behavior when clicking Delete in the Party Details as when the user clicks the trash can icon in the Parties panel list.
Button to view the original envelope information panel on a copied envelope disappears on click REV-2462
Issue: When the user clicks the View original envelope button in the banner of a copied envelope, the Original Envelope panel is displayed, but the button disappears. The user must End Review to access the button in the banner again.
Fix: The View original envelope button now remains visible and available in the banner of a copied envelope after the Original Envelope panel is accessed.

Issue: When a party responsible for fees is not selected by the filer during filing, the Party Responsible for Fees dropdown does not display on the Fees panel in Review.
Fix: The Review App will now always show the Party Responsible for Fees dropdown when the payment type is a waiver, regardless of the datafield configuration and whether or not a party is selected by the filer.

Issue: The fees in a copied envelope were changing to $0 when the reviewer clicked Show Original Filing.
Fix: The Review app now uses two separate GetFees calls so that the original envelope data is not changed when the copied envelope is viewed.

Provide ability to change PRFF if deleted party is PRFF REV-2382
When the party responsible for fees is deleted, a dialog now displays to allow the user to change to another party responsible for fees without going to the Fees tab.
