Client Reported Issues
Error prevents accepting or rejecting filings ESS-18884, ESS-18850
Issue: Sites configured to SendAllFilingsAtOnce may throw an error in which the reviewer can't accept or reject a filing that has already had an action performed on it.
The envelope will show one or more filings still in Under Review status but the filings can't be completed.
Fix: The check for the filing having been accepted or rejected multiple times in SendAllFilingsAtOnce sites has been removed in order to review filings as expected.

Client Reported Issues
Cannot see entire Case Type when it is longer than the width of the dropdown ESS-12563
Issue: Case Types with long names are not completely readable during envelope review.
Fix: A tooltip has been added to display the case type name in its entirety.
Doc Viewer 2 - Annotation Tool does not automatically deselect ESS-13455
Issue: The text annotation tool icon remains highlighted like it is selected and active when a stamp is selected.
Fix: The previous stamp is cleared from memory when the Free Text tool is reselected so that the stamp and text are not both applied.
It is not possible to programmatically deselect the Viewer 2 annotation tools when a stamp is selected, or to deselect the stamp when an annotation tool is selected.
The user can manually deselect all tools and stamps by pressing the Escape key, which may help resolve the misleading tool selection issue.

Export Review History includes envelopes not matching the applied Search filter REV-3273
The Review History export functionality has been updated to include only envelopes in the currently applied filter.
Filter controls should collapse when applied REV-3269
Review History and Envelope Lookup filters now collapse when the Apply button is clicked, following the behavior of the Review Queue.
Court Admin - Show Only Active Users no longer defaults to selected REV-3207
The Show Only Active Users checkbox in Court Admin now correctly defaults to selected.
The displayed Deferred Until date on Review Queue is 1 day less than the selected date REV-2176

Unable to End Review – Button Not Responding After Viewing Envelope ESS-18664
Issue: When the reviewer selects End Review, instead of returning to the Review Queue, the same envelope re-displays.
The issue occurs when the reviewer's preferences are set to display the next envelope.
Fix: The EndReview processing was adjusted so that new Filing Has Already Processed messages would display. This adjustment caused the issue for "display next envelope" configuration.
Development has changed End Review so that "display next envelope" configuration no longer causes the issue.

Client Reported Issues
Duplicate events and documents are being sent to Odyssey ESS-18330
Issue: Filings can sometimes be accepted twice, which causes the event information and the document to be sent to Odyssey twice.
Fix: Filing state validations have been updated to prevent review of the same filing multiple times.
When the filing has already processed, a message will display when the action is attempted:
"An action was previously completed on the 'Filing Description' filing. Please end review and re-select the envelope if it is still available in the Review Queue."
The validation to ensure that at least 2 minutes have passed since the previous action processing has been updated to remove a dependency on the FilingActionLog TimestampCreate field.
Review History filters do not close ESS-14595
Issue: When a user makes a Filing Code filter selection in Review History and then chooses to Save Filters, they have to continually close the selections if they leave the page and return.
The Filing Code section continues to expand over top of the existing Review History filter.
Fix: Update the Filing Code filter dropdown to stay closed when Filters is closed, or if the user leaves then returns to the Review History page.
Please note that additional refinements to the filter control behavior are still planned.
New Functionality

New Functionality
Provide Ability to Protect Individual Cases REV-2687
Completion of this feature brings eFile and Serve Review Queue to parity with the prior Silverlight Review functionality regarding securing or protecting cases.
Added ability for a Court Admin to protect individual cases.
A new Protect Case tab now displays in the Court Admin page for users with the Court Admin role.
The user can enter a case number and location to search for cases, then click the Search button. A list of matching cases is returned.
If the case is not protected, the button to the right of the case information reads "Protect All".
When the user clicks the Protect All button, the CMS receives the integration message that the case now has a protection status.
When the case is searched for again in the CMS, EFSP or Review, the case name and party information is replaced.
This example shows the case title replaced with asterisks and the names of the parties on the case replaced with the text "Hidden Party" in the EFSP.
Added ability for a Court Admin to unprotect individual cases.
A case that is already protected can be unprotected using the Protect Case tab in the Court Admin page, which is available for users with the Court Admin role.
The user can enter a case number and location to search for cases, then click the Search button.
A list of matching cases is returned. If the case is currently protected, the button to the right of the case reads "Unprotect All".
When the user clicks the Unprotect All button, the CMS receives the integration message to remove the case protection, and the case name and party names display again in the CMS, EFSP and Review.

Schema error: The element 'Party1' has incomplete content ESS-17267
Issue: Parties exist on the filing that have no CmsID and are not being added by the current envelope, so the schema error occurs when trying to process the accepted filing.
Fix: Any Filing Associated Party that does not have a CmsID and is not being added by the current envelope will be automatically deleted when the filing is accepted.
The Associated Party data is also checked when the reviewer navigates to the Filing Details.
The reviewer will receive a notification of the removal of the party with the name and related envelopeID when viewing Filing Details.

Redaction Incomplete Error ESS-16432, ESS-16497
Issue: "Filing cannot be accepted until redaction is complete" modal continues to appear when the user clicks Accept. The redaction icon continues to spin.
Fix: While a document is redacting, a polling process occurs to ensure the redaction is progressing. There was a bug in the progression validation which prevented restarting the redaction if it had stopped.
This bug has been fixed so that the modal displays only when the redaction is still in progress and the user clicks Accept or End Review and reopens the envelope.

Support Fee Effective Dates REV-2242
Review now reflects Fee Effective dates for case and filing fees in the Fees panel and Envelope Details.
EFM version 2024.0.0 allows admins to configure different fee amounts for different date ranges for the same fee.
The Review app displays the effective fees as of the Submit Date of the envelope unless the Docket Date is changed.
In this scenario, the Filing Fee was $33.33 when the envelope was submitted on January 15, 2024.
The fees will reflect Docket Date changes made manually or by using the original Docket Date for a copied envelope.
In this scenario, the Docket Date was changed to a date when the Filing Fee was $9.99.
NOTE: The Fee Effective Date functionality requires EFM Version 2024.0.0.
Ability to Search for Case to which the envelope should be added REV-2783
The Search for Case feature allows reviewers to find a case to associate a subsequent envelope to.
Merging an envelope with a case is particularly useful after a blackout or for non-integrated locations where the filer is required to enter all case info with a subsequent filing.
This feature is not controlled via a right, so it is available to all users for testing in Stage. Search for Case can be hidden for the entire state/site using a new data field control, which will be available in the near future.
If an envelope is ineligible to be merged to a different case, the button will be disabled and the tooltip will explain why.
Search for Case is not available for:
Case initiation envelopes.
Envelopes that have a filing with an error or an action taken.
Envelopes that contain filings with multiple parties responsible for fees associated to additional services.
The search dialog is populated with the current case number and location, but may be changed for the search.
Click the Select button to select the case into which the envelope should merge.
In some cases, there may be multiple results.
A confirmation dialog indicates that parties in the envelope will be replaced by parties on the case when they exist. New parties will still be added.
Search for Case merges the incoming envelope's information to an existing case, and may not be undone once it is complete.
After the envelope is merged with the newly selected case, a dialog displays the current parties and the parties that are on the case.
